Shipping Policy

We create our physical products using print-on-demand partners. This means each item is made especially for you after you place your order.

Processing Time

All print-on-demand items are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your item has been printed and prepared, it will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after shipping

  • International: 10–20 business days after shipping (depending on location and customs)

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.


Digital Products

Digital products (including The Reset and other downloads) are delivered instantly by email or download link and do not require shipping.

If your order includes both digital and physical items:

  • Digital items will be available immediately

  • Physical items will ship separately once they are produced


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@faithfullybelieve.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund in these cases.


A Note About Print-on-Demand

Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Normal wear and tear
