Because these are instant-access digital files, we’re unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

If you have any trouble accessing your files or receive the wrong download, please email us at info@faithfullybelieve.comand we’ll be happy to help.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Items)

If you receive a physical item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@faithfullybelieve.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for items that arrive with defects or errors.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Normal wear and tear
